Refund policy

Thank you for choosing COROCO. 

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies only to purchases made directly through our official COROCO online store. If you purchased products through our official offline booth or event, please contact us directly regarding your return or refund.

1. Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at coroco.regards@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item(s).

As our products are personal-use hygiene items, they are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

2. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges under the following circumstances:

The item is defective.
The item is damaged in transit.
The incorrect item was sent due to a fulfillment error on our end.
If you experience any of the above, please contact us immediately at coroco.regards@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will cover the cost of shipping for the exchange.


3. Refunds
If your refund is approved:

It will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
In some cases, we may request photographs to help us assess product issues and process your refund more efficiently.


4. Custom and Bulk Orders
For custom or large event orders:

We offer a sample pack to check size and quality prior to final production.
Refunds are not available for custom or personalized orders unless they are damaged or defective.
